This policy governs refunds, exchanges, and returns for customers who shop at our site.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason and we provide a warranty on our products. If you have any failure during the warranty period which is due to a defect in our product then return it for a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The warranty periods are:
- Electronic circuit boards: 2 years.
- Other hardware items: 30 days.
- Perishable goods or downloadable software products: not eligible to be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after the warranty period has expired.
We replace any items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. At our discretion we may choose to provide a new, or repaired, or refurbished item. In order to return or exchange a product, please contact our sales department first by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank and/or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our sales department.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are always non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
